VNPT-IT Launches International Solutions Center, Accelerating "Go Global" Strategy

On the morning of July 10, at the VNPT Museum, VNPT-IT held a formal ceremony to launch the VNPT International Solutions Center (VNPT Global Solutions – VGS). This event marks a significant milestone in the "Go Global" strategy, aimed at extending VNPT-IT's technological capabilities to the international market.

The event was attended by VNPT-IT’s Board of General Directors, leaders of the Trade Union and functional departments, representatives from the company's Hanoi-based centers, as well as domestic and international partners.

Delivering the keynote address at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Huy Hoang – General Director of VNPT-IT – emphasized: “The launch of the VNPT International Solutions Center (VGS) is a strategic move to realize our ‘Go Global’ vision and expand our market reach. My expectations for VGS go beyond mere revenue. What I truly desire is for VGS to open a new door for VNPT-IT—allowing us to learn how to engage with clients and standardize our processes to global benchmarks, thereby enabling our engineering team to grow and mature through every project. Most importantly, VGS will contribute to gradually establishing the VNPT brand on the global technology map.”

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Nghi – Director of the VNPT International Solutions Center – outlined the Center’s action plan and commitments for its initial phase of operations.

Accordingly, VGS is positioned to develop into an AI-driven Global Delivery Center, serving as the focal point for VNPT-IT’s international business development. The Center will focus on high-value-added services—such as software development, digital transformation, Cloud, AI, Managed Services, and information security—while standardizing service delivery capabilities to international benchmarks and expanding its network of clients and partners in key markets.

In addition to outlining the development strategy, Mr. Nguyen Hong Nghi, on behalf of the VGS team, pledged to build a professional workforce that prioritizes speed, quality, and customer satisfaction; ...continuously innovating and fostering collaboration with units across VNPT-IT to effectively leverage the ecosystem's strengths, while gradually bringing "Make in Vietnam" products, solutions, and services to the international market.

A highlight of the program was the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the VNPT International Solutions Center and The First One Joint Stock Company.

Signing the contract right at the event not only opens up new cooperation opportunities but also reaffirms partners' confidence in VNPT-IT's technological capabilities, implementation expertise, and international development strategy.

This also demonstrates a proactive spirit and a readiness to put the "Go Global" strategy into practice from the very outset.

The establishment of the International Solutions Center expands VNPT-IT's business capabilities and reflects a new development mindset: proactive integration, global market connectivity, and the creation of technologically competitive solutions on an international scale. This serves as a foundation for VNPT-IT to further expand its growth horizons, strengthen global partnerships, and gradually realize its goal of becoming a digital technology enterprise with regional and international stature.
