VNPT-IT Receives Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Science and Technology

The Certificate of Merit recognizes VNPT-IT's efforts and contributions in researching and developing IT products, platforms, and services to support digital transformation in Vietnam. It also serves as motivation for the company to further enhance its technological capabilities, product quality, and capacity for large-scale digital system deployment.

Alongside VNPT-IT, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Science and Technology for his contributions during the 2021–2025 period.

VNPT Continues to Serve on VINASA’s Leadership Team

At the Congress, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy was elected Vice Chairman of VINASA for the 2026–2031 term. Mr. Pham Huy Hoang, General Director of VNPT-IT, was elected to the VINASA Executive Committee for the same term.

The participation of VNPT executives in VINASA’s leadership and executive bodies demonstrates the Group's commitment to standing alongside Vietnam's digital technology business community. This also presents an opportunity for VNPT to contribute its experience, expertise, and initiatives to the Association's activities, thereby supporting the growth of the software and IT services sector.

VINASA is a professional association operating in the software and IT services sector. The 6th National Congress was tasked with reviewing activities from the previous term, defining the strategic direction for the 2026–2031 period, and consolidating the Association's leadership structure.

Developing Technological Capabilities and Digital Solution Ecosystems

VNPT-IT plays a pivotal role in implementing the VNPT 4.0 strategy and developing products and platforms to facilitate digital transformation. From digital ecosystems and platforms to specialized solutions, the unit has progressively built its capabilities in product development, system implementation, and large-scale IT service operations.

Throughout its operations, many of VNPT-IT’s products and solutions have been recognized at domestic technology awards, such as the Sao Khue Awards and the Vietnamese Talent Awards. These achievements affirm the company's capabilities in research, development, and the deployment of technology solutions to address real-world challenges.

Beyond the domestic market, VNPT-IT is gradually expanding its operations internationally. In July 2026, the company launched VNPT Global Solutions (VGS), a dedicated unit responsible for developing overseas markets in the fields of information technology and digital services.

The establishment of VGS marks a key step in VNPT’s "Go Global" roadmap, aiming to integrate Vietnamese products, solutions, and technological capabilities more deeply into regional and global digital value chains.

VNPT leaders have joined the leadership and executive committees of VINASA for the 2026–2031 term.

The Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Science and Technology, combined with the participation of VNPT leaders in VINASA’s new leadership team, acknowledges the company's contributions over the recent period. It also underscores VNPT-IT's responsibility to continue innovating, enhancing product quality, expanding partnerships, and making practical contributions to the development of Vietnam's digital technology sector.
