VNPT-IT expands technology cooperation opportunities with South Korean enterprises

On 28/10/2026, VNPT-IT welcomed and held a working session with a delegation of South Korean technology enterprises within the framework of the D-Global technology networking and exchange program in Vietnam. The working session aimed to strengthen exchanges and seek cooperation opportunities in the research, development, and application of advanced technologies.

The South Korean delegation was led by the Center for Science and Technology Enterprise Development (TSC), with the participation of representatives from the Daejeon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and leaders from 10 South Korean technology enterprises operating in various sectors, such as artificial intelligence (AI), smart manufacturing, information security, environmental technology, automation, and advanced industrial solutions.

During the working session, both sides introduced their technological capabilities and strengths and discussed potential directions for cooperation, focusing on fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, smart manufacturing, information security, and technology solutions for sustainable development.

With its experience in researching, developing, and deploying digital transformation platforms, VNPT-IT has many opportunities to combine the technological strengths of South Korean enterprises to research and develop new products and solutions tailored to the needs of the Vietnamese market. Potential areas of cooperation include integrating AI into digital platforms, developing smart governance and operation solutions, data mining, technology transfer, and practical pilot deployments of solutions.

In addition to technological cooperation, connecting with the Daejeon innovation ecosystem also opens up opportunities to promote research and development (R&D) activities, collaborate on product commercialization, share experiences, and expand markets between enterprises of both countries.

The working session served as an active networking step, laying the groundwork for VNPT-IT and South Korean enterprises to further explore and materialize cooperation opportunities in the coming time. At the same time, this activity demonstrates the direction of the "Go Global" strategy, proactive integration, strengthening international cooperation, accessing advanced technologies, and promoting innovation by VNPT-IT on its journey to develop a digital product and service ecosystem.
