Government Decree No. 329/2026/NĐ-CP of 19 August 2026 on the Cybersecurity Protection Force

The Decree takes effect on 19 August 2026. It sets out the organization, duties and powers of the cybersecurity protection force. It defines coordination mechanisms, force development and the conditions needed for its operations. The Decree takes effect on 19 August 2026. It provides measures to prevent, detect and address unlawful information and conduct in cyberspace. It defines the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and businesses for prevention and coordinated response. It strengthens the monitoring, prevention and handling of information and conduct that threaten national security, public order or social safety online.

Government Decree No. 320/2026/NĐ-CP of 13 August 2026 Amending Decree No. 69/2024/NĐ-CP on Electronic Identification and Authentication

The Decree takes effect on 28 September 2026. It amends and supplements rules on electronic identification and authentication. It adjusts certain provisions on electronic identity accounts, digital identity and the use of electronic authentication services. It clarifies the responsibilities of agencies and organizations for management, use and information security.
