It strengthens the monitoring, prevention and handling of information and conduct that threaten national security, public order or social safety online.

Government Decree No. 314/2026/NĐ-CP of 8 August 2026 on the Operation of Data Exchanges

The Decree takes effect on 25 September 2026. It sets out the principles, models and methods for operating data exchanges. It regulates the provision, sharing, exchange and use of data on those exchanges. It defines the responsibilities of parties involved in management and operation, including data safety and security.
