The Decree takes effect on 19 August 2026.

It provides measures to prevent, detect and address unlawful information and conduct in cyberspace.

Government Decree No. 329/2026/NĐ-CP of 19 August 2026 on the Cybersecurity Protection Force

The Decree takes effect on 19 August 2026. It sets out the organization, duties and powers of the cybersecurity protection force. It defines coordination mechanisms, force development and the conditions needed for its operations. It also sets out the coordination responsibilities of agencies and organizations in protecting cybersecurity.
