Government Decree No. 329/2026/NĐ-CP of 19 August 2026 on the Cybersecurity Protection Force

The Decree takes effect on 19 August 2026. It sets out the organization, duties and powers of the cybersecurity protection force. The Decree takes effect on 28 September 2026. It amends and supplements rules on electronic identification and authentication. It adjusts certain provisions on electronic identity accounts, digital identity and the use of electronic authentication services.
