A notable contribution came from the Department of Transportation of Ca Mau province, which shared its experience in implementing digital transformation projects. Ca Mau was highlighted as the first province in the region to deploy a system to build a database for the transportation sector’s digital transformation. For many consecutive years, the Ca Mau Department of Transportation has been recognized for its outstanding administrative reform results, creating favorable conditions for both citizens and businesses in handling administrative procedures. On average, the department processes 45,000 to 50,000 applications annually across five sectors, including road transport, inland waterways, and maritime services.
