VNPT iGate

Administrative Procedure Processing Information System

VNPT iGate is an information system for processing administrative procedures, assisting officials with receiving, routing, appraising/approving dossiers, collecting fees, returning results, and viewing reports and statistics. The system connects with the National Public Service Portal, VNeID/National Population Database, digital signature services, SMS/Email, and other specialized systems. It is built on a microservices architecture, containerized using Docker, and deployed via Kubernetes. Deployed in over 26 out of 34 provinces/cities and 7 out of 17 ministries/agencies.
