As part of the activities responding to National Digital Transformation Day 2026 at Vietnam Television, VNPT presents the VNPT Cloud ecosystem, highlighting the increasingly prominent role of cloud computing infrastructure in the digital transformation of organizations and businesses.
Over the two days of 8 - 9/10/2026, Vietnam Television (VTV) will organize a Technology Exhibition Space themed “VTV - From traditional television to digital media organizations: Putting audiences at the center, data as the foundation, and AI as the driving force.” This is one of the key activities in the program series responding to National Digital Transformation Day 10/10.
Participating in the program, VNPT presents the cloud computing ecosystem VNPT Cloud with solution groups for servers, storage, data backup and recovery, security, and application management and operations. More than an opportunity to showcase technology, VNPT Cloud's presence at the event also raises a broader issue: for digital transformation to create tangible value, applications, data, and new technologies need to be built on an infrastructure layer that is sufficiently flexible, stable, and secure.

When digital transformation moves from applications to infrastructure
In the early years of digital transformation, many organizations began by digitizing processes, deploying software, or moving certain activities online. However, as the scale of users, data, and applications continues to grow, the challenge is no longer simply “having a digital system.”
Organizations need to answer more practical questions: Can the infrastructure scale when traffic increases? How is data stored, backed up, and restored? How quickly can new applications be deployed? Can the system remain operational when incidents occur? And, more importantly, how are data and digital services protected?
For the media sector, this requirement is even more evident, as content is no longer produced for just one traditional broadcast channel but must be continuously stored, processed, and distributed across multiple platforms. High-resolution video, digital content libraries, user data, and analytical tools, AI all place additional pressure on technology infrastructure.
Cloud computing has therefore gradually become an important foundation, enabling organizations to allocate resources according to demand, proactively scale systems, and deploy new digital services without having to continually reinvest in the entire physical infrastructure.
VNPT Cloud and the role of a digital infrastructure platform
At the exhibition space of VTV, the VNPT Cloud ecosystem was presented around the direct needs of operating technology systems.
Among them, Cloud Server provides server resources for websites, applications, and business systems; Cloud Storage meets data storage and capacity expansion needs; and Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions support backup and recovery in the event of incidents, reducing the risk of service disruptions.
In addition, Cloud Security solutions such as Firewall and Web Application and API Protection help strengthen the protection of infrastructure, applications, and data. Services such as Kubernetes, Load Balancer also help businesses deploy and manage applications and distribute traffic as systems grow.
The notable point lies not in each individual service, but in the ability to connect infrastructure components into an environment that supports the entire process of building, operating, and scaling digital platforms.
This also reflects the changing role of a cloud provider. Businesses need more than computing resources or storage capacity; they need a partner capable of working with them to address challenges involving system architecture, operations, security, scalability, and service continuity.

From a technology event to a long-term story
The exhibition space at VTV demonstrates that Cloud, AI, data, information security, and production infrastructure based on IP are becoming increasingly integrated into the practical operations of organizations. Digital transformation is also entering a stage that requires more than experimental models: technology must operate effectively, scale, and deliver measurable results.
Therefore, VNPT's participation in the program with the VNPT Cloud ecosystem is not merely an opportunity to introduce technology solutions. It is also an opportunity to continue engaging with practical needs and develop cloud services that more closely address the operational challenges of each sector, organization, and business.
As data and digital services increasingly become part of everyday operations, building a sufficiently reliable infrastructure platform is no longer a step taken in the background; it has become a direct component of digital transformation strategy. For VNPT Cloud, this is also a role and responsibility to uphold throughout its journey of supporting digital transformation in Vietnam.
