Each award recognizes the ideas, efforts, and work ethic of the teams. The results also demonstrate the active participation of various specialized fields within VNPT-IT, ranging from digital solutions, information security, and digital health to multi-sector data and digital agriculture.
Turning ideas into products
A hackathon is more than just a test of programming skills. Within a limited timeframe, each team must accurately identify a problem, select an approach, assign tasks, and collaborate effectively to transform an idea into a demonstrable product.
Behind the teams' results lie sessions of brainstorming, hours of focused research and coding, and a continuous process of testing and refining solutions. Time pressure serves as a test of professional competence, teamwork, and the mettle of each individual member.
Through the competition, VNPT-IT teams have the opportunity to tackle new technological challenges, experiment with practical AI applications, and learn from other teams across the Group. Whether they won an award or concluded their journey at a specific stage, every team gained valuable experience to further develop their ideas beyond the competition.
Spreading the “Build with AI” spirit
The participation of 15 VNPT-IT teams in Round 2 and the recognition of five winning teams helped spread the “Build with AI” spirit among the technology workforce. AI was approached not merely as a trend, but as a tool enabling teams to proactively experiment, innovate, and find solutions for specific needs.
Achievements at VNPT Hackathon 2026 also demonstrated a willingness to propose ideas, experiment, and face new challenges head-on. These are essential qualities for driving innovation and fostering a culture of learning within a technology enterprise.
VNPT-IT members collaborated to develop and refine their products throughout the VNPT Hackathon 2026 journey.
Although VNPT Hackathon 2026 has concluded, the journey of developing new ideas and products continues. The success of the five honored teams is a shared joy and serves as motivation for the VNPT-IT team to maintain their creative spirit, strengthen connections, and bring valuable initiatives to life.
Drawing on their competition experiences, the teams will continue to hone their skills, nurture their ideas, and prepare to tackle new technological challenges. Fueled by the “Build with AI” spirit, every initiative today can serve as a building block for the digital future.
