VNPT HSSK is a system that manages all citizen health record data (personal information, medical history, vaccination records, etc.). The solution enables the receipt of records from primary healthcare facilities and supports medical units—whether or not they already possess HIS/HMIS—in data transmission and direct management. The system provides web services for centralized information lookup.

Dashboards and health records
- Statistical dashboards: provide aggregated data on the local population, supporting health authorities in forecasting and managing key health indicators.
- Health record management: Each citizen has a lifelong health record containing demographic and household registration details, as well as medical history for themselves and their family members. It stores records of medical visits to provide health authorities with comprehensive information needed for disease prevention and treatment tasks within the locality.
Medical examination logs and statistical reports
