VNPT HMIS

Health Management Information System

VNPT HMIS is a health management system designed for grassroots-level facilities—such as commune and ward health stations—that comprehensively supports medical examination and treatment workflows as well as health insurance settlement processes. It complies with Ministry of Health regulations (specifically Decisions 3532 and 831). The system integrates data-sharing capabilities with Personal Health Records and synchronizes all medical examination and treatment data with the Ministry of Health's data portal. VNPT HMIS serves as a unified platform for commune and ward healthcare, featuring centralized data storage and readiness for connectivity with national portals.

Interface VNPT HMIS

Key advantages

A unified software solution for the entire Health Station

Integrates curative care and all preventive health services onto a single platform, eliminates data redundancy, and fully aligns with the spirit of Decision 3532/QD-BYT.

Ready for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) by December 31, 2026

Features outpatient "Mini EMR" capabilities, tiered SmartCA digital signatures for doctors, facilities, and patients, and XML medical record exports compliant with Circular 13/2025, enabling the Health Station to meet EMR implementation deadlines.

Supports the new Health Station model

Manages the "1 main station – multiple satellite points" structure, including basic inpatient care and emergency services in accordance with Circulars 43 and 53/2025 (effective January 1, 2026).

Automated reporting and reduced paperwork burden

Reports required by Circular 23 and Circular 37, as well as health program reports, are automatically compiled from operational data, eliminating the need for manual end-of-month calculations.

Seamless connectivity with higher-level facilities

Integration with Social Insurance claim verification systems (via XML), the Ministry of Health portal, the National Immunization Portal, VNeID electronic health records, and the national population health record system.

Rapid deployment via SaaS Cloud

No server investment or infrastructure maintenance required; health stations need only a computer and an Internet connection, making it suitable for the operational capacity and legal status of commune-level facilities.
