VNPT Global Solutions and VNPT AI introduce digital technology solutions at the Vietnam–Australia Cooperation Forum

On 12/10/2026, VNPT Global Solutions (VGS) and VNPT AI, representing the VNPT Group, participated in the Vietnam–Australia Forum on Investment Cooperation and the Development of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Hanoi, introducing digital technology and AI solutions while connecting with the business community and discussing cooperation opportunities.

Promoting technology connections and expanding international cooperation opportunities

The Vietnam–Australia Forum on Investment Cooperation and the Development of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence was organized by the Department of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence (Ministry of Science and Technology) in cooperation with the Vietnam–Australia Association of Intellectuals and Experts (VASEA), with the aim of promoting substantive cooperation among businesses, regulatory agencies, research institutes and universities, and investors from the two countries.

With the message “From dialogue to connection, from innovation to investment”, the event focused on expanding cooperation opportunities in digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors and innovation, creating opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to showcase their technological capabilities, seek partners and access the Australian market.

Following the Vietnam–Australia TechConnect Forum held in 8/2026, the event reflected a shift from cooperation agreements to implementing concrete activities, creating opportunities for businesses to showcase their technological capabilities, seek partners and exchange information about market needs.

As part of the event, VNPT Global Solutions (VGS) and VNPT AI, representing VNPT, took part in exhibiting and introducing digital technology and AI solutions, while directly connecting and discussing practical challenges in business operations and management with other companies.

At the event’s exhibition area, VGS and VNPT AI, representing VNPT, introduced technology products and solutions designed to address practical business needs, from AI applications and information management to digitizing operational processes and protecting data.

• Mobile Office – AI solution for digitizing business operations: Applying AI to support the digitization of management, administration and work coordination processes, with the goal of improving overall operational efficiency.
• iPlace – AI solution for data storage and security: Designed to help businesses manage and use information while strengthening data protection in the digital environment.

The solution portfolio reflects the direction of applying VNPT technology to diverse business challenges, combining AI capabilities with platforms supporting management, operations and data utilization.

From solution showcases to discussions of real-world challenges

Through activities at the booth, representatives of VGS and VNPT AI had the opportunity to meet and discuss the featured technology solutions with businesses and attendees, while learning about the practical needs and challenges arising in production, business operations and management.

These discussions opened opportunities for the parties to share perspectives on the potential applications of technology, identify suitable needs and explore potential avenues for cooperation.
